Extended sessions last a full 30 minutes, while standard sessions last up to 15 minutes. Of course, this also means treatment consults are one-on-one with the chiropractor – there are no double bookings for the same time slot. This extra time and focused approach allows us to give patients the comprehensive, high-quality assessments and treatments they seek.
Treatment plans are catered to your needs.
We know everyone heals differently, so why should everyone receive the same treatment? The answer is that they shouldn’t. Our level of care will be the same for all patients, but the treatment you receive will be personalized. We certainly have the means to do so: we provide manual adjustments, drop-table adjustments, rehabilitation exercises, dry needling, manual soft tissue therapies, instrument-assisted (massager and GRASTON) soft tissue therapies, biomechanical blocking and more.
We address the cause of your symptoms.
Often, solely treating the symptoms isn’t enough. By doing the appropriate muscle testing, nerve testing and orthopedic testing, we can get a better idea of what’s causing the issue in the first place. Through a combination of maintenance care and specific exercise or lifestyle advice, we want to make sure that once the initial problem is fixed, it stays that way.
Fair and affordable pricing.
Though we will suggest the best plan of action for your care, whether you wish to continue your care is ultimately up to you. There are no lock-in contracts or payments that need to be made in advance. Our HICAPS machine on site means that you can claim your private health rebate straight away and pay the remaining gap as it is; and yes, this means we accept all Australian Private Health Cards. We also take Care Plan referrals from your GP which will be covered by Medicare.
